I Hear Your Voice
I Hear Your Voice/Trailer
Jang Hye Sung, a bold, sassy, thick-faced, comical, and materialistic public defender who becomes a lawyer after overcoming poverty and painful memories from her childhood, comes to realizations about society and justice after meeting Park Soo Ha, a 19-year-old boy who reads other people’s thoughts and Cha Kwan Woo, an innocent lawyer who lives a disciplined life. Jang Hye Sung is actually Soo Ha's first love after she gave a decisive testimony on his father's murder case 10 years ago and Soo Ha promised to protect her from the killer's threats.
I have watched this drama several times and each time I am impressed with the acting as well as the writing on this drama. While it is not the top of my list, it is within the top ten. The three main characters played by Lee Jong Suk, Lee Bo Young, and Yoon Sang Hyun are perfectly matched to the parts played. And then there is the supporting cast, some comic and other more sinister (Jeong Won In) that keep you watching and guessing. Add to it the "super power" aspect and this one keeps pulling me back.
Lee Jong Suk as the boy/man steals your heart even though your heart might also find a spot for Yoon Sang Hyun. The cinematography is wonderfully done. The OST adds just the right touch. Kudos to cast, writers, directors, etc for a job well done. On a scale of 1-10, this one gets a 9.5 from me.

Idina Menzel performs "Let It Go" - New Year's Rockin' Eve 2015 with Rya...
To those who complained about the performance I challenge them to stand up on stage in Times Square and do better.
